Common questions
Why weekly only?
Cool-season grass here needs cutting every 7 to 10 days. Stretching to fourteen removes too much leaf at once, which thins turf and invites weeds. Weekly also keeps our routes tight, which keeps the price fair.
What happens if it rains on my day?
We won't mow a saturated lawn — it tears turf and ruts soil. Weather moves the day forward, never skips the week.
Can I bundle snow removal?
Yes. The Estate plan includes snow and ice, so one company covers the property all twelve months.
