No. Parkway trees belong to the Village, and Skokie handles their pruning. Contact Public Works at 847-933-8427. We take care of the shrubs and plantings on your own property.
I want a patio near a big tree. Is that a problem?
Not usually, but it has to be planned. We keep excavation out of the root zone where we can and put up the protection fencing the Village requires.
Do you plow in Skokie?
